We believe that life is all about following your passion – whatever it may be.  It’s a great feeling to wake up every morning knowing that you’re going to be doing something you absolutely love.  Lucky for us, our mornings start with a delicious cup of tea – and we could not be more excited about it.  We want to share our passion of tea with you and add a little extra passion to your life. 

We initially fell in love with tea because of the wonderful health benefits and how much ‘cleaner’ it tastes than coffee.  But our love grew when we learned how much we didn’t know about camellia sinensis – the plant that sources all tea.  It’s usually easy to taste the difference between a white, green, oolong and black tea, but to fully enjoy the differences, it helps to gain an understanding of the complex and diverse flavors and sources of tea.  Much like wine, you could get tea from a variety of estates, regions, and seasons, and the tastes will be so unique and varied.  Tea takes us on a journey with every sip – whether to the foothills of the Himalayas, the untouched air of the Tongyu Mountains, or the pristine mountaintops of Drum Mountain - this lifelong exploration is what continues to draw us to tea every day!

Our goal is to share with you the diversity of flavors and storied history that tea provides.  We think our planet is an amazing place, and tea is one of its many treasures.  We hope to help you explore the beauty and wonder of our planet with every new cup of tea.
