| This Chinese Oolong is named Hairy Crab because - you guessed it - its leaves are reminiscent of a hairy crab. The saw-toothed leaves are covered with fine light hairs - in fact this tea is sourced from its very own tea plant varietal. Hairy Crab is completely handmade in the winding hilly gardens of Anxi in the Fujian Province of China. This delectable oolong is fruity, light and refreshing - a Tea Stop favorite! |

| Use one teaspoon of tea per cup of water. Pour steaming (185°F, 85°C) water over tea and steep for 1-2 minutes. As an alternative, prepare gungfu style. |
