Poobong only produced one lot of this tea, and we're lucky enough to have limited quantities available. The handmade whole leaves have the look of New England fall foliage. | Use one teaspoon of tea per cup of water. Pour steaming (180°F, 82°C) water over tea and steep for 5-6 minutes. |
